1.0 Objective: To lay down a procedure for the Cleaning and Operation of conveyor belt and turn table.
2.0 Scope: This procedure is applicable to the Cleaning and Operation of conveyor belt and turn table in Liquid department.

4.1.1 Cleaning of conveyer belt
188.8.131.52 Start the conveyor belt at a slow speed
184.108.40.206 Clean the conveyor belt with a wet cloth or if required with liquid soap solution followed by wet and then with a dry lint-free cloth
220.127.116.11 Clean all the rollers of the conveyor belt with a wet cloth followed by a dry lint-free cloth from the inner side
4.1.2 Cleaning of turn table
18.104.22.168 Start the turn table
22.214.171.124 Clean the turn table top with a wet cloth to remove any sticky material.
126.96.36.199 Clean the sides of the turn table with a wet lint-free cloth.
188.8.131.52 Dry the complete turn table and VFD with a Clean dry lint-free cloth

220.127.116.11 After line clearance from QA, put the ‘UNDER PROCESS’ label on the conveyer belt
18.104.22.168 Switch ‘ON’ the main from the electric panel and start the conveyor belt by pressing the green push button provided on the bottom side of the SS conveyer belt
22.214.171.124 Enter the operation activity in the equipment usage log sheet
126.96.36.199 Collect the bottles coming from the labeling machine over the conveyer belt
188.8.131.52 Packed the bottles as per the instruction in BPR
184.108.40.206 Switch ‘OFF’ the main from the electric panel after completion of work
220.127.116.11 Affix the ‘TO BE CLEANED’ label on the conveyor belt after completion of the batch as per reference SOP “Status Labeling“.
4.2.2 Operation of turn table
18.104.22.168 Ensure that the turn table is cleaned
22.214.171.124 Switch ‘ON’ the turn table by pressing the green push button provided on the bottom side of the turn table
126.96.36.199 Check the indicator light on the attached VFD
188.8.131.52 Allow the washed bottles coming from the washing machine to turn the table
