1.0 Objective: To lay down a procedure for the Cleaning and Operation of conveyor belt and turn table.
2.0 Scope: This procedure is applicable to the Cleaning and Operation of conveyor belt and turn table in Liquid department.

4.1.1 Cleaning of conveyer belt
18.104.22.168 Start the conveyor belt at a slow speed
22.214.171.124 Clean the conveyor belt with a wet cloth or if required with liquid soap solution followed by wet and then with a dry lint-free cloth
126.96.36.199 Clean all the rollers of the conveyor belt with a wet cloth followed by a dry lint-free cloth from the inner side
4.1.2 Cleaning of turn table

184.108.40.206 Clean the turn table top with a wet cloth to remove any sticky material.
220.127.116.11 Clean the sides of the turn table with a wet lint-free cloth.
18.104.22.168 Dry the complete turn table and VFD with a Clean dry lint-free cloth
4.2.1 Operation of conveyor belt

126.96.36.199 After line clearance from QA, put the ‘UNDER PROCESS’ label on the conveyer belt
188.8.131.52 Switch ‘ON’ the main from the electric panel and start the conveyor belt by pressing the green push button provided on the bottom side of the SS conveyer belt

220.127.116.11 Collect the bottles coming from the labeling machine over the conveyer belt
18.104.22.168 Packed the bottles as per the instruction in BPR
22.214.171.124 Switch ‘OFF’ the main from the electric panel after completion of work
126.96.36.199 Affix the ‘TO BE CLEANED’ label on the conveyor belt after completion of the batch as per reference SOP “Status Labeling“.
4.2.2 Operation of turn table
